WARRANTY
CALL CENTER (CAT)

  • We have 5 executives in our Call Center area trained to care our customers and suppliers
  • Our Call Center is staffed by experienced personnel in quality in processes
  • Each executive serves one of the 5 zones in which we divide the country
  • Our current average for care and resolution of warranty process is 14 days
  • We comply with the Personal Data Protection according to the current legislation
  • We work with guidelines and care policies that allow us to comply with our Response Times in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Mexico City time

WARRANTY REPARATION

  • We have the repair service, for both products with warranty as well as charge to the consumer
  • Our Authorized Service Centers Network (CSA) today counts 70 locations in Mexico
  • This Centers are regulated by agreement and they operate under verifiable and measurable policies and procedures
  • The repairs are carried out with state-of-the-art equipment and suitable to the needs of each product
  • All operations are controlled remotely by system

Warehousing general information

  • 3.800 square meters of own store. The estimated volume to be stored in our facilities is 5000 pallets per month maximum
  • We have two placement options:
    • In pallet, of 1.00 by 1.20 meters, of recycled wood of pine of first quality, four way entry type
    • In metallic shelves, with bins of 2.50 meters front by 1.07 meters deep and by 1.80 meters high (3 levels)
  • Security and surveillance 24/7
  • Comprehensive insurance coverage against thefts, fire, earthquakes and third parties damages
  • Program and protocol of safety endorsed by competent authorities
  • Personnel trained in warehouse management and security

Warehousing Receipt and shipment of the product

Control and coordination of appointments at safe schedules
Verification of seals and security locks of containers to be received, as well as the placement of seals requested by the Client
Video recording of every receipt and shipment of products, keeping them for 30 days in all cases
Security and surveillance controls during operations
Inspection system of received pallets, reporting damages in the shipment under the parameters requested by the Client
Scanning of serial numbers and systematization of the information for its crossing, relationship and comparison according to the input that the Client provide us, reporting any discrepancy
Photographic record of containers, seals, security locks, cartons, pallets and stowage of merchandise at the time of receipt and departure

Warehousing of
products

Administration, handling and control of inventories using First In / First Out (FIFO), separating the product in the following way:
Product with damaged carton
Product considered as Scrap, obtaining the status of the product
Product in the area of Returns
Normal care of electric and/or electronic products (non specialized) related to its nature
Placement of plastic coverage on every pallet, with stowage adequate to the characteristics of the product in maneuver
We have Dedicated Warehousing, which includes a permanent exclusive area for a year as minimum, with services totally adequate to the Client
Daily inventory reports, with the necessary reconciliations

Warehousing security

  • Internal security with personnel 12 by 12 hours and receptionist agent for 12 hours
    CCTV in the facilities to be consulted via internet 24/7
  • Video surveillance 24 hours a day inside the warehousing area and storage of the recordings for 30 days
  • Entrance to the facilities registering in a log
  • Physical review at the entrance and exit of the facilities
  • The introduction of cell phones and any communication and photography equipment to the facilities is forbidden
  • The personnel has the necessary safety equipment
